Usage

• Use in combination with a stock pot that has a 24 cm diameter and a minimum height of 11 cm (= minimum capacity of 4.9 L).
  
• The stock pot should be at least half full of water (minimum 2.5 L).
  
• Always use sufficient water, regularly check and add water if needed.
  
• Always cover the (top) steamer insert with a suitable 24 cm fitting lid.
